Bus Routes and Parking Information

HISD School Year 2025-2026 Transportation Survey

If your student will need school bus service, complete the transportation request survey.

Each student has a unique survey link, sent directly to the custody contacts or primary contacts that are on file.

The survey will allow you to:

  • View your child’s projected school for the 2025-2026 school year
  • View and confirm the home address on file
  • Indicate whether transportation is needed

Please note: Completing this survey is the first step in determining transportation eligibility. Completion of the survey does not guarantee transportation eligibility. After you submit your request, the HISD Transportation team will review it and follow up with one of the following:

  • A confirmation if your student qualifies for transportation, or
  • A message explaining why your student is not currently eligible.

2025-2026 Student Parking  

If students choose to drive to school, they must park in a designated student parking spot. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. During the first two weeks of school, students can purchase a parking permit with a designated, numbered parking spot for the year for $50.
  2. Must provide driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance.
  3. Students cannot park in the staff parking lot.
  4. Permits will be enforced starting September 8, 2025.

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is located in the main parking lot located at 1900 W.34th Street.  Visitors must request access into the school building using the intercom system located at Door 1.
